The origami bird is included because it is a classic example of how to design interactive instruction. It anticipates what the user wants to know and how they want to work. The user has 2 options. Option One: They can watch the object being folded in one continuous animation. This is useful both as an overview of an entire process and so that the user can see the final result. Option Two: The user also can view the animation step by step. Each step is infinitely repeatable. And they can choose any step at any time.
